Chickpea Salad Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and mashed
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 small cucumber, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Whole grain wraps

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the mashed chickpeas, avocado, cucumber, and bell pepper.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  3. Spoon the mixture onto whole grain wraps and roll up.
