Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Cooked brown rice

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots, and stir-fry until tender.
  4. Add cooked lentils and soy sauce, and mix well.
  5. Serve over cooked brown rice and enjoy a hearty and flavorful meal.
