Ingredients:

  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and mashed
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 small cucumber, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Whole grain wraps
